Stephen Cummins is a UX & UI designer.

An award-winning designer, with 16 years’ experience in the industry, Stephen has worked across all areas of graphic design, with a focus on user-centered design for web since 2015.

He places huge importance on, and takes great pride in attention to detail in every aspect of his work. A strong communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly between both clients and internal teams has enabled Stephen to lead a design team on numerous successful projects for national clients.

Stephen led the design team on the award-winning website for The Little Milk Company. This won the award for the ‘Most Beautiful Website in Ireland’ at the 2015 Irish Web Awards. The same year, Stephen’s design for the Ardkeen Quality Food Store website won in the ‘Best eCommerce - Retail Website’ category.

More recently he was the design lead on a 12 month project for the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland (RIAI) where six legacy sites with various purposes were amalgamated back into the main RIAI website. This project involved User Research & Surveys, multiple stakehholder workshops, persona development, an iterative prototyping wireframe phase before moving to high fidelity prototypes.

He has a proven track record of successfully developing workplace processes that save time, generate revenue, and improve workflow efficiency internally across different teams.

Stephen lives in South Kilkenny, with his wife, his son, two cats and a dog. He is originally from the countryside of Wexford.

He doesn’t normally speak in the third person.
